Join the Summer Step Into Wellness Challenge – a 6-week raffle-based step challenge built for movement, mental health, and community. Walk daily, log your steps, and earn entries to win amazing prizes like a Walking Pad, coaching sessions, Amazon + Chewy gift cards, and more. Presented by Minimal in partnership with Wellness Wag. This challenge isn’t about walking the farthest or hitting record-breaking numbers. It’s about building healthy habits one day at a time. That’s why we’ve made it raffle-based—not competitive. Each time you log your steps, you earn entries into the final drawing. Some days you’ll hit 7,500 steps and get one entry. Other days you might hit 10,000+ and earn two. Miss a day? No stress. Just come back the next day and keep going. The more consistent you are, the more entries you earn—and the better your chances to win!
From June 20 to August 1, you’ll track your steps each day using our easy Google Form (we’ll email it to you daily, and you’ll also find it on our community page). Each day you participate, you earn raffle entries:
Log 7,500+ steps → 1 entry
Log 10,000+ steps → 2 entries total for that day
Missed a day? No problem—just jump back in the next day and keep going. Your entries build over time, and every step brings you closer to our amazing prizes.
You can use any step tracker you like—your phone’s health app, a smartwatch, a Fitbit—whatever works best for you.
Steps must be submitted through the official form by midnight each day to count.
No entries will be accepted more than 48 hours after the date.
You must use some form of step tracker to participate.
All tracking is honor-based—please be truthful so everyone has a fair chance!

A: You can use any fitness tracker you prefer as well as the general health app on your smart phone. If you don't have a smartphone, then you will need another type of pedometer to track your steps.
A: It’s okay! Just come back the next day. You’ll still earn entries for the every day you complete. There will be other opportunities throughout the challenge to earn additional entries
A: Prizes are awarded through a raffle system based on your participation.

Each day you log 7,500 steps = 1 entry.
If you hit 10,000+ steps = 2 entries for that day.
All entries are tracked from June 20 to August 1.
